I specialize in trauma, adoption, depression and anxiety, adjusting to transitions, spirituality, and mindfulness. I can provide the safety, support, and encouragement you or your child needs in a nonjudgemental environment. I have been working in the mental health field since 1997, both in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have also worked in the academic arena teaching potential mental health professionals develop counseling skills. I have experience supervising MSW candidates and preparing them for licensure in the state of Michigan. Psychotherapy allows us to embrace our difficulties and arrive at healthy solutions.
