I am passionate about working from a whole person approach to well-being and health. I believe people are the experts in their own care needs and therapeutic support should enhance quality of life. My approach to care involves partnering with my patients, facilitating in a deeper understanding of the self and change making. I believe in an "always be learning" modality; both through being current on research and literature and from my patients. My knowledge and experience includes medical and bariatric weight loss, depression and anxiety, aging population issues and care needs, self-esteem development, suicidality, support system development, interpersonal issues, chronic health conditions, perinatal mood disorders, and grief and loss.
