I specialize in working with women, young adults/college students and adolescents. Many come to me for help with stress, anxiety, sadness and confusion about where their life is going. I am able to provide an unbiased listening ear that does not judge. We will explore solutions to get you where you want to be in life. Sessions are relaxed and personalized to your unique needs. I try to use a sense of humor to lighten up sessions as well so you can leave feeling lighter and with hope for the future. My areas of special interest include: women's issues, self esteem anxiety, depression, college adjustment, pregnancy, infertility/miscarriage/postpartum, communication and relationship problems. Although I welcome all who would like unbiased, client centered assistance with many other concerns. My practice is currently private pay, so I do not participate with insurance.
