I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, couples and families. My ideal client feels overwhelmed with life stress, has trouble communicating, or is trying to cope with anxiety and depression. No matter the state a client comes to me in, I've found that most people who make that first step to seek help are able to be open to change. I enjoy working with people who are experiencing anxiety and depression. These two ailments often go hand in hand, and are so common in our world today. There is a great fulfillment that comes with helping a person to experience a glimmer of hope and reassurance that change is possible. Although I am a counselor, I am a person first. Sessions with me are not a formal event, and you can expect to feel comfortable and at ease.
