I offer spiritual understanding, compassion, and copings skills for loss and grief. Losing a child, a loved one is painful and traumatizing. No one seems to understands our grief and no one seems to understand our roller coaster of emotions. Nor do we. We just want the pain to go away and to bring our loved one back to us. But life doesn't work that way. We ask so many "Why's?" yet seldom hear our needed answers. Grieving the loss of a child is unlike no other experience. I know first hand of this experience . I understand. I treat a wide range of conditions; relationship issues, grief and loss, co-dependency, anxiety and fears, public speaking fears, stage fright, self esteem, coaching, trauma and PTSD, spirituality, and metaphysical principals. I use many methods to assist my clients to move through and heal from the many setbacks and painful experiences that life has shown them. I believe that people engage in their healing process just exactly when it's needed and in their timing. I offer compassion, hope, and a loving way through your journey.
