I have a passion for helping others achieve the best version of themselves. Taking the first step to become a happier person can be a daunting task. I want to reassure you that you are not alone. Located in downtown Traverse City, MI. I earned my Masters in Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University, specializing with ages K-12th grade. After completing two internships at local Schools, I developed a passion for helping youth navigate through everyday stresses of academics, relationships, friendships, self-esteem issues, body image, and other developmental issues. I also enjoy individual therapy, family counseling, and marriage counseling. Empowering my clients with the right tools for positive communication and setting tangible goals can lead them to a happier and healthier life. Reaching out is the first step.
