I provide individual, couples, or sex therapy for people experiencing difficulty with sexual functioning; couples wishing to reignite the passion in their relationship; people exploring sexual orientation or gender identity concerns; people wishing to recover from past sexual trauma; people feeling compulsive about sexual desires or behaviors; people wanting to improve body image; families adjusting to changed relationship structures; and people with depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. My approach is often cognitive-behavioral, and I utilize concepts from systems theory, psychodynamic principles, and humanistic psychology. I believe that we all have the capacity to grow and change. With 15+ years experience in the mental health field, I have helped a variety of individuals, couples, and families to feel good about themselves, find more joy in their relationships, and move towards their potential. A nationally (AASECT) certified sex therapist, sexuality is a specialization, although I welcome all clients. I am available to meet with you during daytime or evening hours, Monday through Friday.
