Taking that first step in deciding to come to therapy can be a difficult decision, but at times, life stressors can be too much to handle on our own and we need help working through them. I am passionate about creating a safe and unique experience to help you heal from pain and discover new strengths and possibilities within yourself that will enable you to create more intimate and trusting relationships. Together we will create a safe and sacred space where you can be your truest selves, share your deepest pain, and emerge stronger and live a more satisfying life. I have experience working with individuals that have experienced various forms of trauma, gender identity, HIV/AIDS, anxiety, depression, anger, life transitions, family/relationship issues, school issues, and parent/child concerns. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and have extensive experience working with adolescents, teens, and young adults. I accept some insurances, offer sliding scale for payments, and weekend appointments. I have witnessed first hand the healing and peace that therapy can offer, and would be honored to take that journey with you.
