I have been working with individuals, couples and families for 18 years. I see ages 14 and up. I enjoy helping families, couples and teens. My interests include communication skills, anger management, self-harm, divorce, relationship issues, parenting, depression, bi-polar and adjustment disorders. When working with kids and their families; I try to incorporate family as much as possible, but am very conscious of upholding my client's right to confidentiality. I believe everyone deserves to be listened to, heard and respected as individuals. I use humor (as appropriate), compassion and empathy when dealing with individuals, couples and families. Therapy can be a very scary first step. My goal is to make your experience fulfilling, comfortable and safe. Let me help you.
