I believe that therapy is a personal journey and vulnerable process. I emphasize the importance of creating a safe non-judgmental environment of trust and support in order to nurture the ability to explore and resolve personal struggles. Through the development of a collaborative relationship, I will assist you in gaining increased insight into the relationship between your feelings, thoughts and actions, and your capacity to achieve desired change and personal balance. Our work together will address the root causes of the symptoms and not simply the symptoms alone; which contribute to long lasting healing, change and growth In my practice I provide therapeutic intervention to adolescents and adults struggling with mood difficulties, adjustment difficulties, interpersonal conflicts, and histories of trauma and abuse. I am available Monday through Friday by appointment.
