Childhood is a time for growth and exploration. Unfortunately, children sometimes experience challenges in life and need a safe place to process these struggles. I have a passion for helping children and their parents work through these difficult times. I've worked for over 8 years with infants, children, teens, and families. Specialty areas include parent/child attachment relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and behavioral disorders. In addition to working with children, I enjoy supporting adults in making positive life changes. I utilize a flexible approach to counseling and tailor my interventions to meet each adult or child's unique needs. Some techniques include parent/child sessions, play and expressive art therapy techniques, relaxation skill-building, and traditional talk therapy.
