My practice is focused on children, adults, and families struggling with loss; trauma (past or present); a family member's addiction or mental illness; major life transitions, including divorce; depression; anxiety and other challenges. I tailor my approach to fit the client's unique concerns, drawing from techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
