Therapy can be a powerful space to grow, navigate challenges and uncover your inner power and resilience. As a therapist, I have seen people move from a place of pain, hopelessness and stagnation to feeling more alive, more fulfilled and enjoying more meaningful relationships. Each of us has our own story; thus there is no 'one size fits all' approach to healing and empowerment. Accordingly, my therapeutic stance is integrated, individualized and non-pathologizing. We work collaboratively as you are the expert in your own life and my role as therapist is to help empower you to uncover your path. I specialize in supporting those suffering with stress related concerns, those who have endured trauma, those facing health challenges, as well as those who are navigating issues of identity development and/or life transitions. I am dedicated to providing affirming therapy where multidimensional aspects of identity are explored and embraced. Listening to people's stories and bearing witness to their resilience continually inspires me as a therapist.
