I operate an independent practice that specializes in psychological services for children, teens, and families. I am a fully licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in child behavioral problems, mood and anxiety disorders in children and teens, ADHD, parent-child relational issues, and pediatric psychology (the interplay of physical illness and psychological functioning). I take an active approach to treatment and use cognitive-behavioral techniques to help my clients make noticeable improvements in their lives. Education: I earned my doctoral degree from Central Michigan University, where I received comprehensive training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I completed my predoctoral internship at Children's Hospital of Michigan and postdoctoral fellowship at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, where I developed expertise with pediatric populations. Professional Affiliations: In addition to private practice, I currently hold clinical privileges in the Department of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak and provide outpatient therapy for children and families at the Beaumont Center for Human Development.
