Therapy is an interactive journey of gaining insights into one's patterns of thinking and behavior. It is necessary to resolve issues from the past and understand how the past or past traumas have shaped your life. These insights can then help you develop new, healthy coping skills. The focus of therapy is to offer hope, clarity, healing and change through a strong therapeutic relationship. I am a psychologist who will be actively involved in helping you achieve your goals and life aspirations. I am excited about working with people who are ready for lifelong positive change! I work with individuals with chemical and behavioral addictions and sexual compulsivity. I am proficient in treating sexual abuse and trauma, physical and verbal abuse, absent father issues, traumatic events, men's issues, late teen/college aged individuals transitioning into adulthood, sexual confusion, dysfunction and sex therapy, depression and anxiety. I work with the University Pain Clinic clients on pain management, wellness planning, chronic illness and end of life issues. I conduct psychological evaluations for spinal cord stimulators trails, opiod treatment, bariatric surgery, substance abuse evaluations and Driver's Assessments for those attempting to resolve restricted or revoked license issues.
