I am focused on helping individuals who may be going through a difficult time period in their life and are currently struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, recurrent relationships difficulties, family problems, body image, and overall feeling of hopelessness. I know that throughout our lives we all experience challenging times, and I truly believe that using positive cognitive behavioral based techniques reinforced by other modalities, is an amazing way to help us turn our lives around and feel hopeful again.
