Making change can be a difficult and challenging process. However, it is through this process that you can increase insight and find the inner strength to live more fully. Just as every individual is unique, so too, is the path to realizing your goals. It is from this understanding that I will tailor my approach to your individual needs. Whatever life struggles may bring you in, I will provide a warm, accepting environment for self-exploration, healing, and the development of coping skills to navigate life's obstacles. I enjoy working with couples and families struggling with relationship issues. I have experience working with families in conflict including troubled teens that are involved in JJC. I also have experience in a psychiatric setting addressing mental health issues, such as depression, and coordinating care with medication providers. It is my belief that therapy is a place of collaboration in which you will feel empowered to make change in a positive direction.
