If you feel depressed, anxious, angry, sad, or troubled by something else in yourself or your life, I welcome your call. Perhaps you are having a difficult time with a life transition or have been unable to bounce back from a significant loss. Low self-esteem, feelings of being stuck and not knowing what to do to change and/or a history of being traumatized also bring many people to see me. Your goals matter to me. My training and experience in helping people have led me to the belief that therapy must be individualized; one size does not fit all. My style is respectful, honest and sensitive; my goal is to help you find your way so you can achieve your goals. I have extensive training beyond what is necessary to be licensed in my field. In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I teach university level psychology classes. For those who need it, including where insurance deductibles and co -pays are high, I offer fee reduction.
