I believe that healthy self-esteem is THE key to a happy, joyous life. It is especially true for women. I find that the demands we face, from relationship issues to childbearing/raising children to menopause and hormonal changes, are difficult for us to manage alone. It's tough to be a "soccer mom". Substance abuse issues may become a problem as we look for help to get us through depression, anxiety and mood swings. I am a recovering alcoholic experienced in treating all of these issues with empathy and without any judgement. I specialize in women's issues and addiction.
