Being a doctoral trained counselor coupled with servicing more than 15,000 patients has provided me with the highest amount of experience, insight and clinical "surgeon-like" skills to work with a variety of disorders and clients from all "walks of life." Specialty areas: I have extensive training in the area of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, adjustment disorders, working with suicidal patients, ADD/ODD,personality disorders; couples counseling and personal growth and development coaching. All three locations have psychiatric support; consultations and referrals for medication management are available by trained and board certified Psychiatrists. My practice offers a compilation of solid clinical approaches, integration and management of psychiatric medications. In addition to solid Western practices, I specialize in Wellness Medicine. Simply put, I specialize in teaching patients the Eastern practices of Wellness including Meditation, Yoga, Breathing exercises and other holistic practices and techniques.
