My goal is to provide immediate and lasting help to my clients. To do this, I will work to understand the root cause of the issues you are experiencing and help you to uncover your potential for change and growth. I have experience working with a wide range of issues and I am an EMDR trained clinician. I use an individualized approach to help you understand and address the issues affecting you. I do this in a respectful, caring and empathetic way and I empower you to make lasting changes in your life. I help adults and seniors on issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and many others. I also work with teens and their families to ease the stress of identity issues in a positive and accepting environment. I also have experience helping with workplace challenges and career transitions. Having transitioned from a successful business career into the role as a therapist, I provide a unique perspective. I help clients identify and leverage their strengths to overcome life's challenges. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about therapy and what you can expect.
