It is my priority to make my clients feel heard and understood while providing them a safe, confidential place for self-discovery and positive change. I understand it can be challenging to find the right therapist, thus I use a collaborative approach to ensure you are getting the results you desire. Anxiety, depression, self-injury, ADHD, LGBT issues, behavior problems, self-esteem, and parenting are just a few of the areas I'm experienced with and passionate about. In addition to counseling, I provide psychoeducational testing. I have a great deal of success helping students qualify for disability services including evaluation for standardized testing and post-secondary accommodations. I'm also competent to test and diagnose ADHD, learning disabilities, dyslexia, and giftedness. Using a variety of evidence based approaches, I tailor my treatment to meet the individual needs of my clients. Because I treat both children/adolescents and adults, I work closely with parents providing support and coaching as needed while keeping my young clients' best interest in mind.
