Affordable couples and individual sessions and convenient hours are available. I studied Psychology and Family Social Work to serve persons, couples and families as they try and navigate their ways to maximum potential. Trauma to individuals and families come in many different forms and therapy can help them find relief and focus on getting better. Recovery from addictions, marital issue resolutions and individual growth is possible with therapy. COPING SKILLS, insight and understanding are not automatics; they are tools we need and should add to continuously. Use one skill today and ask for help here, or from another professional. Couples counseling, individual/family therapy and behavior management of depression, mood disorder, grief, bipolar disorder, OCD; and counselor to persons working to overcome addiction. My experience, spectrum of care knowledge and empathy are assets you can use to improve your life, recovery, your family and your relationships. State Assessments available. In-home counseling available to persons too ill for office sessions or if client prefers the privacy of their home. Office sessions are flexible to meet client schedule. Evening or weekend sessions. In-home family/individual/couple sessions available. Social Work Licensure supervision available. DHR or Probation ordered Assessments available.
