Depression, Anxiety, Divorce, Relationship issues, Parenting, Adjustment issues, and Issues of Childhood. As an attachment focused therapist, I'm looking to discover the quality of the attachments in an individuals life. Who do you care about? How are you nurtured? Who understands you? It is through those attachments that healing may take place. I offer a friendly ear and a comfortable space for children, families, couples and individuals to speak their truth.
