Here is what I can offer: compassionate, non-judgmental listening; an interactive collaborative stye to assist you to identify what is wrong; treatment options with clear goals. With 18 years of experience, including ongoing post graduate training, I offer several modalities of therapy including insight-oriented 'talk therapy', cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, or a combination. This enables me to design a treatment that will match your individual needs. I feel privileged to have an opportunity to gain your trust and to assist you to feel better. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and with couples, and I have experience with a variety of issues. People come for help with a range of troubles: sadness, anxiety, relationship/work problems, physical challenges, identity struggles, past trauma that is impacting their current life, or difficult life changes.
