I can help you go from where you are to where you want to be. I've been in private practice in Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR for over 30 years. I work with individuals, couples and families on a wide variety of issues. You have all the resources within yourself to make the changes you need and want to make. I see my role as your therapist to assist you to discover and use those inner resources. I've become expert in several sub-specialties including family businesses, relationship issues related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, codependency and adoption issues. I enjoy sharing my expertise through my various books: "Entrepreneurial Couples: Making It Work at Work and at Home," "Life with a Partner or Spouse with Asperger Syndrome: Going Over the Edge" and "Out of Mind - Out of Sight - Parenting with a Partner with Asperger Syndrome" . I use a practical, solution-oriented, systems approach with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. In treatment, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Thought Field Therapy and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET).
