Change is difficult for many folks. As a professional clinician, if you choose to work with me, you can entrust your process of change to my knowledge, experience and cohesive approach to counseling. My specialities include addressing panic/anxiety; bereavement; chronic pain and easing the transition through life-changing periods. Other areas of focus include stress management; depression and relationship cohesiveness, both parent-child as well as couples. Modalities I utilize include an active process of thought changing, communication/language skills development; relaxation techniques; guided imagery and meditation. My goal is to help individuals develop basic strategies to practice so they can change the patterns in their lives that are not working for them. I get excited when individuals grasp their eureka moment and truly believe that they can make changes and feel better.
