As a therapist and career coach, I specialize in helping adults recover from set-backs and upsetting experiences that cause a loss of self-esteem, indecision, anxiety, sadness, relationship problems and career dissatisfaction. I address the root cause of problems and provide research based approaches to removing the emotional blocks that hold clients back from feeling good and achieving their goals. I especially enjoy helping clients heal from childhood abuse, growing up with a narcissistic parent, or not receiving sufficient affection or attention. As a career coach, I help people with all aspects of job search and career transition. My personal experience with the effectiveness of EMDR therapy led me to specialize in it and become a Certified EMDR Therapist. I love how EMDR works faster than traditional talk therapy and executive coaching, because it is based on the brain's natural system for information processing and learning.
