Most are addressing junctures, challenges, transitions and opportunities in their careers and personal lives, and are striving to lead with confidence, coherence and authenticity. I also assist executives and professionals who are not organizationally sponsored. These men and women are private clients. My practice is largely based upon Authenticity Alignment Survey (TM) methodology, and employs mindful coaching, counseling and consulting in careful consideration of client preferences for professional meaning, quality of life, and long term strategy factors. This approach is highly effective in helping clients achieve their authentic professional and personal goals.
