It is important to find a therapist you connect with. My clients find that my warm and compassionate approach to therapy makes it easy to connect with me. I counsel couples looking to improve their relationship, find ways to re-connect and build a healthier, more satisfying relationship. This type of therapy isn't just limited to romantic relationships but can include parent-child, siblings, friends, etc. as well. I also work with individuals and couples experiencing sexual difficulties such as low/high sexual desire, vaginismus, erectile problems, orgasm difficulties, and body image issues. I've successfully counseled teens and aduts in identifying their strengths, manage stress, anger and depression and adjust to life-changes (grief, job-changes, relocation, etc). I do this by meeting you where you are on your journey, using a therapeutic process that focuses on your needs and goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Marriage and Family Therapist. Currently, I am expanding my specializaton through further training and supervision toward completing the AASECT Certification in Sex Therapy.
