Relationships, life transitions and losses can present significant challenges in our lives. Therapy is a collaborative process providing support toward healing, discovery and transformation. I work with individuals, couples, children and families facilitating understanding, communication and change. Specializations include working with complex trauma, mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to increase awareness and gain skills for managing emotions and relationships, and working with both opposite sex and same sex couples and parents.
