As an action-oriented therapist, I believe that the best therapy empowers a client to take the action he or she believes will lead to a more meaningful, fulfilling, and joyous life. I have helped clients examine trauma & abuse issues and to move forward with meaningful lives. As a therapist with 20+ years of experience and licensed in three fields (Clinical Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counseling), I have worked with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.
