I bring spirituality, eastern ideology and western ideology together all to create a holistic approach to therapy. No one exists inside a bubble and I like to shed light on healing the whole body, mind and spirit. We all are on a journey and I look to walk with clients on their journey of exploration and enlightenment to discover who they really are and how to live in alignment with their true selves. I treat a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, relationship issues, spirituality and career exploration. I like to explore non-traditional methods such as meditation, tarot and astrology along with traditional therapeutic techniques.
