I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and 2004 graduate of Mount Mary College with a Master's of Science degree in Art Therapy. For more than a decade, I have been assisting both children and adults to utilize creative therapies for healing, personal and relational growth. My eclectic approach calls upon a wide range of modalities: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Narrative and Attachment therapies, Art Therapy, Guided Imagery and Trauma-Informed care. My style of therapy is both person-centered and holistic. I work to cultivate and enhance a sense of self-acceptance, compassion, and connection with others.
