I have provided counseling and therapy services to families, children, adolescents, and adults for over ten years. I work from a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) perspective because it is one of the most effective forms of therapy. You want to feel better, and I can help you take those needed steps. I am a certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am also a Trained Collaborative Law Mental Health Professional and a Trained Mediator.
