I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in eating disorders. Whether you are just now reaching out for help with your relationship with food, exercise, and/or your body or you have been in treatment for these issues before, I meet you where you are in your journey to recovery. I utilize a strengths-based approach that seeks to support and empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life, and I am dedicated to creating a safe space for you to explore, experience, and process your emotions. I have a passion for helping people discover their strengths, authentic selves, and motivation for a life in recovery. I approach our therapeutic relationship with warmth, compassion, and hope in order to allow you to develop trust at your own pace and feel encouraged to move forward toward recovery. I have extensive training in treating eating disorders and have worked in outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential settings. I will help you develop a complete treatment team based on your needs, and I am a firm believer in the role of relationships and community in the recovery process.
