I offer clinical services to individuals, couples, and families who are in various developmental stages. I love humor and I've found that by being genuine and authentic with my clients I am able to create a safe place for people to express themselves. It is a powerful thing to be seen without pretense or judgment by your therapist. I love working with people, and I love helping people discover the things that are holding them back and figuring out ways to break through those old patterns that make them feel "stuck." I use a variety of treatment models to create a personalized and individualized plan for my clients. I begin with a thorough, holistic assessment and tailor my approach to your needs.
