It's my experience that with support, people can reach beyond difficulties and make changes in their lives. Therapy is all about finding new ways of getting what you want out of life. If you are considering therapy, it's clear you want to make a change. You've probably struggled on your own and are looking for that extra resource that can make a difference. My initial goal is to understand how you see your difficulties and how they impact your life. Then we'll identify the changes you want to see happen. We'll build a relationship that you can rely on so we can work together in gaining insight and supporting change. I've been a therapist for over twenty years, working with individuals, couples and groups. I am a licensed mental health counselor, with a Master's in Psychology and a postgraduate certificate in Gestalt Therapy. My work is also informed by a variety of humanistic approaches to supporting change.
