My practice is grounded in the idea that honest and meaningful relationships are the foundation of the therapeutic process. I strive to use this concept in my work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to collaborate and participate in the individualized treatment for the wide variety of life's challenges. I have experience in the treatment of attachment issues, ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and challenging behaviors utilizing evidence-based practices and a strengths-based perspective. Increasing the capacity to understand our emotions, relationships, and experiences opens the window to meaningful change and development as an individual.
