I offer a NEW way to do therapy! Short-term, focused, efficient. I integrate a blend of therapies including the physiologically and brain-based EMDR, Brainspotting, short-term intensive and others providing a focused and effective program. I work with you to achieve the deep, real internal changes that release you from old patterns. I have been in practice over 18 years and have a lifetime of my own experience to guide my work with you. I work with PTSD and other trauma that have resulted in depression and anxiety; grief; spiritual explorations, life transitions...compulsive eating issues and addictions. Most issues emerge from either old trauma that added something into your life that you didn't want/need OR developmental deficits which prevented you from getting what you did need. Now is the time to release that which is no longer helpful...to restore what is right for you. I use focused techniques to not only repair past damage but to find the best within you, bringing it forward. It is my goal to reveal the truth of who you are.
