We all have gone through our own suffering and carry the scars to prove it -- and we all have seen and experienced times of great beauty. Both instances take our breath away and are a testament to a life lived. Without purposeful engagement and cared-for relationships that matter, life can be dreary and unfulfilling. I am convinced there is more. I have a particular interest in helping individuals and couples negotiate successfully through times of transition and come out flourishing on the other side .
