Depression and bipolar disorder can be very difficult to manage. I specialize in treating depression and bipolar disorder. The coping tools I will share with you during our sessions will help you to feel better and take greater control of your life. I also will support you in your journey of self-realization, regardless of your age. I am trained in crisis intervention, coupled with cognitive behavioral therapy, to help alleviate symptoms in those who are experiencing thoughts of suicide ideation. I also am a certified trainer through the LEAP Institute, which enables me to teach how to communicate successfully with the chronically mentally ill. I offer you both the benefit of my extensive background in mental health and my considerable life experience. My clients range in age from late adolescence through late adulthood. I provide individual therapy, and also conduct group therapy sessions. My expertise is far-reaching.
