As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I approach individuals as the experts of their lives and assist them in their personal journey of self-discovery. In therapy, we will develop new ways to conceptualize problem areas in your life. I often asks my clients where they are in their lives, where they want to be, and what it would take for them to get there. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, couples and families struggling with Trauma, Grief, PTSD, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Self-Harm (cutting) Relationship Problems, Self-Esteem, Chronic Health Problems, and Spirituality Issues. I hold a M.A. in Community Counseling from Gonzaga University, am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for the state of Idaho and I am a Nationally Certified Counselor. Treatments I specialize in are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused-CBT, Attachment Theory, Solution Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, and Social Skills/Communication Training.
