Whether you are experiencing a problem that needs immediate attention, or you are finally ready to confront a long-standing issue, finding the right provider is the next important step. I work with individuals, couples and families dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues and parenting, as well as adolescence/ phase of life issues, blended families and other change of life/adjustment issues. My goal for the therapeutic partnership is to help clients enhance their strengths and develop new skills to overcome obstacles to their emotional health and achieve their full potential. In over 20 years of practice, I've realized that there is no treatment model that fits every situation, so I take an eclectic approach, tailoring treatment to fit each client. Some models I use are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Insight-Oriented Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I welcome the chance to work with you as you explore and implement constructive changes in your life. I offer flexible hours and some evening appointments.
