My approach to therapy is strengths-based perspective, believing that each individual has unique strengths and abilities that can be uncovered through a compassionate, therapeutic relationship. We are all part of multiple systems; our family, friends, school and work, all of which influence each of us in unique ways. My objective is to help individuals, couples and families grow and change, healing through past struggles with the opportunity to live more authentically. I believe "People Do Well When They Can", and that we don't lack the will but rather the skill to meet the demands of life. I have extensive experience working with clients with Bi-Polar, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders (depression) & anxiety related disorders including OCD and panic disorders. I work extensively with students in general and special education. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish and can provide the same level of care in both languages. I provide teen/tween autism spectrum disorder social skills groups. I also provide all therapy as a bilingual Spanish speaking therapist. UNFORTUNATELY, I AM NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS.
