I work with young adults and understand the unique challenges they face in life and how they impact their well-being. I work with you to overcome those challenges in a healthy and healing way, by focusing on your thoughts and behaviors and how they influence your actions and feelings. I have also worked with adults dealing with crises and have direct experience working with children and their families. Together we can work to make positive changes in your life.
