I want to create an environment where you can come to feel safe and empowered. A place where there is no judgment, where you are free to" just be". As I provide this space of freedom, transformation can begin to take place as you realize strengths within yourself to help the process of change occur as well as growth. I walk alongside you during the struggles to provide support. Allow me to be your flashlight in the darkness. I feel that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important pieces for change, let's get to know each other. I specialize in working with children/adolescence with emotional and behavioral issues due to trauma. I also have experience with adults who struggle with past trauma, anger control, anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem, addiction, eating disorders etc. I am currently working toward certification in Addictions and Play Therapy. I am a certified Anger Management Specialist. I facilitate anger control groups/individual sessions, parenting skills, and am trained in Healthy Relationship and Marriage Education (HRMET) to work with couples seeking pre-marital counseling/current marital issues.
