I am passionate about holistic healing from addictive disease and family conflicts. I specialize in people with addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. I am an encourager whose commitment and determination are infectious. My strengths include my compassion and empathy and a safe, supportive presence for guidance and collaboration. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have had the privilege of seeing many client successes in finding their paths in this journey we call life In a relaxing and supportive environment the process of healing will begin. I offer a personalized approach to each client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for. I look forward to enhancing what is ready to be born or reawakened in you. I am passionate about healing from all addictions. I believe in mental, physical and spiritual restoration and that on some level we are all striving for this. I believe in healing multigenerational issues, and that when one family member begins healing the whole family can begin to heal as well.
