Are you concerned about your daughter's view of herself and your relationship with her? The pre-teen/teen years take a toll on girls' self esteem and their relationships. With more than 20 years experience with parents and girls I take the confusion and fear out of this challenging time. My approach is supportive yet directive. I teach the skills to identify, understand and work with difficult thoughts and emotions. I empower girls to develop healthy boundaries for themselves and to deal with peer pressure, body image and stress. I also facilitate parent/teen relationships. I have extensive training and a wealth of knowledge and wisdom gained from the study and practice of various forms of meditation, mind-body integration and ancient energy medicine traditions for the balancing of mind, body and spirit. I am a highly skilled and innovative healer. I use the most cutting edge approaches to facilitate growth and change including breath work and meditation, movement therapy as well as energy psychology practices. I use my gifts to empower girls about their choices on their path to knowing themselves.
