Partnering with individuals and couples in providing compassionate support and tools for entering the 'journey of discovery' through life's transitions and challenges.Each of us may need safe support at various times, whether you are feeling stuck, anxious, confused, at a cross roads in life, or during life transitions. Whether your goal is finding clarity on your personal path or movement within your relationship, I combine my training in both counseling and coaching, as well as decades of varied life experience to offer the guidance for exploration, awareness, insight, and change: assisting clients to move from simply surviving to empowered thriving. Feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, or confused in life direction? If you are experiencing age related challenges, relationship issues, health transitions, grief and loss; if you have disconnected from your creative, empowered self, then I invite you to step on to the path of exploration. I will be honored to companion and support your journey. Licensed counselor, trained in marriage and family, as well as a certified life and relationship coach, who works with both individuals and couples in charting new life directions. EMDR and Hakomi trained, I use mindfulness and insight discovery, as well as voice dialog and cognitive behavioral approaches in my framework of personalized exploration.
